February 14th, 2025 marks the 35th anniversary of the "Pale Blue Dot" picture, taken by the Voyager I Spacecraft in 1990 from almost 4 billion miles away. I absolutely love this picture. Yet another reason to love Carl Sagan. If you've never seen this picture, please google it immediately. It's just amazing.

Also, on July 11th, the US Surgeon General released an advisory calling attention to the public health crisis of loneliness, isolation, and lack of connection in our society, calling it an epidemic.

This song is something of a bridge between these two things.
